Description
The MEP/VDC Engineer will be
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and modeling support to project teams throughout all project phases
- Coordinate technological collaboration between project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and clients
- Develop and update BIMs for Business Development and project teams
- Maintain project files and CAD/BIM standards
- Extract quantities and Automated Bill of Materials information from BIMs
- Link/embed information to BIMs for project handover
- Develop, document, and present best practices for the Project Services Group
- Perform other assigned projects and duties
Profile
The right MEP/VDC Engineer will have:
- 3-5 years experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related preferred
- Ideally Healthcare/Labs or Academic project experience
- Ideally has Procore experience
- Strong written and organization skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
