Description

The MEP/VDC Engineer will be
Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical and modeling support to project teams throughout all project phases
  • Coordinate technological collaboration between project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and clients
  • Develop and update BIMs for Business Development and project teams
  • Maintain project files and CAD/BIM standards
  • Extract quantities and Automated Bill of Materials information from BIMs
  • Link/embed information to BIMs for project handover
  • Develop, document, and present best practices for the Project Services Group
  • Perform other assigned projects and duties

Profile

The right MEP/VDC Engineer will have:

  • 3-5 years experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related preferred
  • Ideally Healthcare/Labs or Academic project experience
  • Ideally has Procore experience
  • Strong written and organization skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
