We are a busy AAHA accredited veterinary clinic looking to enhance our front desk.
Hours consist of evenings and Saturdays.
We are looking for a professional, dependable, dedicated, organized, friendly person who will join us in striving to provide the highest quality care for our clients and their pets.
Responsibilities include:
scheduling appointments, meeting and greeting clients, basic computer skills and answering busy phones, all while smiling :
).
Qualified candidates must have previous customer service experience, a positive attitude as well as strong communication and organizational skills.
A detail oriented, multi-tasker is a must.
